[jaxx-interest] JAXX 0.96 released

JAXX 0.96 is now available from http://www.jaxxframework.org/

This is a major release which finally fixes the long-standing inability 
to compile circular dependencies.  JAXX is now very close to the magical 
1.0 number, and this is intended to be JAXX's final beta release.  
Please download this version and test it out so that any problems can be 
fixed between now and 1.0 -- I really need eyeballs on it to ensure a 
high-quality final release.
